Setup Instructions
1. Attaching the iPad to the Case
- Carefully align your iPad Pro 11 inch with the protective back panel of the case.
- Gently press the iPad into the case until it is securely seated. Ensure all ports and buttons are accessible and aligned with the case cutouts.
- The magnetic back panel will hold the iPad firmly.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the keyboard is charged. Locate the power switch on the side of the keyboard and slide it to the 'ON' position. A blue indicator light will illuminate.
- On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth 'ON'.
- On the keyboard, press and hold the Fn key and the Z key (which has a Bluetooth icon) simultaneously. The blue indicator light will start flashing, indicating pairing mode.
- On your iPad, look for 'MK-005' in the list of available devices and tap to connect.
- Once connected, the blue indicator light on the keyboard will stop flashing and remain solid. The keyboard will automatically connect to your iPad in the future when both are powered on and Bluetooth is enabled.

3. Activating the Touchpad
- After successfully connecting the keyboard via Bluetooth, press the Fn key and the Spacebar key (which has a touchpad icon) simultaneously to activate the touchpad function.
- You can now use the multi-touch touchpad for navigation and gestures on your iPad.
Operating Instructions
Keyboard Usage
- Typing: The scissor-switch keys provide a comfortable and responsive typing experience.
- Backlight Control: Press the Fn + Light Bulb key to cycle through 7 RGB backlight colors. Use Fn + Up/Down Arrow keys to adjust the 3 levels of brightness.
- iPadOS Shortcuts: Utilize the dedicated multimedia shortcuts for quick access to functions like screenshot, home screen, and more.
Touchpad Gestures (for Systems Above iOS 14.5)
The touchpad supports 18 intuitive gestures for enhanced navigation:
- Click: Press with one finger until it feels slightly pressed.
- Click and Hold: Press and hold with one finger.
- Drag and Move: Tap and hold an item, then swipe your finger across the trackpad to move it.
- Wake up iPad: Click the touchpad or press any key on the keyboard.
- Open Dock: Swipe the pointer with one finger from the bottom of the screen.
- Back to Home Screen: Swipe the pointer with one finger from the bottom of the screen. After the dock appears, swipe the pointer from the bottom of the screen again.
- Show Side Dock: Swipe the pointer across the right edge of the screen with one finger. To hide the side dock, swipe right again.
- Open Control Center: Move the pointer with one finger to select the status icon at the top right, and click, or select the status icon in the upper right and swipe up.
- Open Notification Center: Move the pointer with one finger to select the status icon at the top left, and click, or use one finger to move the pointer near the middle of the top of the screen.

Adjusting the Stand
The integrated stand allows for angle adjustments from 0° to 170°. Simply unfold the stand on the back of the iPad case and adjust it to your desired viewing or typing angle.

Charging the Keyboard
The keyboard is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. To charge:
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the side of the keyboard.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the keyboard's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 100 hours of usage.

Maintenance
