Important Safety Instructions
- Always use the glue gun in a well-ventilated area.
- The nozzle and melted glue are hot. Avoid direct contact with skin to prevent burns.
- Do not place the glue gun sideways when hot. Use the integrated stand to keep the hot nozzle elevated.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the glue inlet.
- Only remove a remaining glue stick once it has cooled and partially melted.
- Children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult when using this device.
- To protect the battery, use a 5V/2A charging adapter (maximum 10W). Fast chargers are not recommended.
- Ensure the device is powered off while charging.

Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the glue gun. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the bottom of the handle and to a 5V/2A charging adapter (not included). The indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Inserting Glue Sticks
Insert a glue stick into the round opening at the back of the glue gun. Push it gently until it stops. Do not force it.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Preheating
Press the power button to turn on the glue gun. The indicator light will turn blue, signifying that the device is heating up. The glue gun preheats in approximately 90 seconds (may take 30-60 seconds longer in colder environments). Once heated, the light will turn solid blue, indicating it is ready for use.

2. Applying Glue
Once the glue gun is ready, gently press the trigger to dispense melted glue. Apply glue to the desired surface. The constant temperature of 170°C ± 10°C ensures strong bonds.

3. Cordless Operation and Charging During Use
The cordless design allows for flexible use. The built-in 2000mAh battery provides 40-60 minutes of continuous use on a single charge. The device can also be used while charging, but it is recommended to turn off the device and charge it for ten minutes before using it if it was completely drained.

4. Power Off
Press the power button again to turn off the glue gun when finished. The indicator light will turn off.
5. Smart Light Alerts
The indicator light provides status updates:
- Blue Light: Heating (flashing) / Ready for use (solid)
- Red Light: Charging
- Green Light: Full Charge

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Nozzle
After use, allow the nozzle to cool completely. Gently wipe any excess glue from the nozzle with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects to clean the nozzle.
2. Storage
Store the glue gun in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Ensure no glue sticks are partially melted in the chamber during storage to prevent blockages.
