2. Important Safety Information

4.1 Basic Rice Cooking (High Pressure Mode)
- Measure the desired amount of rice using the provided measuring cup. Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Place the rinsed rice into the inner pot. Add water according to the water level markings inside the inner pot for the type of rice being cooked.
- Place the inner pot into the main unit. Ensure the inner pot is seated correctly.

4.2 Non-Pressure Cooking Mode
For softer, fluffier rice or other dishes that do not require high pressure, rotate the Twin Pressure dial to the NON PRESSURE position. Follow steps 1-3 from Basic Rice Cooking, then select the appropriate non-pressure menu option (e.g., Quinoa, Porridge) and press START.
4.3 Open Cooking Mode
The Open Cooking Mode allows you to add ingredients during the cooking process. This mode is available only when the Twin Pressure dial is set to NON PRESSURE. You can lift the lid to stir or add ingredients like vegetables or seasonings, then close the lid to continue cooking.

4.4 Quick Mode
For fast cooking of white rice, select the Quick Mode. This feature can cook a single serving of rice in approximately 12 minutes. Ensure the Twin Pressure dial is set to HIGH PRESSURE for optimal results with Quick Mode.
