Please read all instructions carefully before operating the CROWNFUL Slushie Machine. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the mixing chamber during operation to prevent injury.
- Always unplug the machine before cleaning or when not in use.
- This appliance is for residential use only.
- Ensure the sugar content of your mix is at least 4% or alcohol volume is between 2.8%–16% for optimal freezing and texture. Mixtures outside this range may not freeze correctly or could damage the machine.
2. Product Overview
The CROWNFUL Slushie Machine (Model FS208AN) is designed to create a variety of frozen treats, including slushies, soft serve, frozen cocktails, milkshakes, and frappes. It features a 101oz tank capacity with a 16oz minimum to 64oz maximum liquid fill capacity for beverages.

3. Setup and Assembly
Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all detachable parts (mixing chamber, dispenser, lid) with warm soapy water. All detachable parts are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
Assembly: The machine features an easy-to-detach design. Align the mixing chamber with the motor base and push to secure. Ensure the dispenser is correctly attached to the front of the mixing chamber. The lid should fit snugly on top.

Placement: Place the assembled machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from direct heat sources or excessive moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Operating Instructions
The CROWNFUL Slushie Machine offers 6 versatile programs for various frozen treats. Always ensure the machine is plugged into a grounded outlet before use.
4.1 General Operation
Prepare your mixture: Ensure your liquid mixture meets the required sugar (at least 4%) or alcohol (2.8%–16%) content for optimal results.
Pour Liquid: Open the lid and pour your prepared liquid into the mixing chamber. Observe the MIN FILL (16oz) and MAX FILL (64oz) lines. The total tank capacity is 101oz, but the operational liquid capacity is 64oz.

Select Program: Use the touchpad control panel to select your desired program. The machine features one-touch start, 6 preset programs, 60s auto-lock, and live temperature monitoring.

Start Operation: Press the power button to begin the freezing process. The machine will typically produce slushies in 15-30 minutes.
Dispense: Once the desired consistency is reached, pull the dispenser handle to serve your frozen treat.
4.2 Specific Programs
Soft Serve: For soft serve ice cream, a specific recipe (heavy cream, sugar, salt, vanilla) or a professional mix is required. Do not use standard beverages for soft serve. The machine creates soft serve with no pre-freezing needed.

Slushies: Simply pour in your favorite beverage and press the button. Enjoy delicious slushies in 15–30 minutes. No ice is needed as the machine handles the freezing.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your CROWNFUL Slushie Machine.
5.1 Automatic Cleaning Mode
Add approximately 85oz of water to the mixing chamber.
Press the RINSE button on the control panel to activate the self-cleaning process.
Press the RINSE button again to stop the cleaning process once complete.

5.2 Manual Cleaning
All detachable parts, including the mixing chamber and dispenser, are dishwasher safe. Do not clean with a heated dry cycle.

For the motor base, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the motor base in water.
After each use, remove any condensation to prevent buildup.
6. Troubleshooting
Soft Serve is too soft: If the soft serve consistency is not firm enough, try lowering the temperature setting on the control panel. Ensure the recipe used has the correct proportions of heavy cream, sugar, and salt.
Mixture not freezing: Verify that the liquid mixture contains at least 4% sugar content or 2.8%–16% alcohol volume. Insufficient sugar or alcohol can prevent proper freezing. Also, ensure the machine is operating in the correct program mode.
Machine not turning on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a functional electrical outlet. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled.
"REMOVE CONDENSATION TO CLEAN AFTER EACH USE" alert: This is a reminder to clean the machine and remove any condensation to maintain hygiene and prevent issues. Follow the cleaning instructions in Section 5.
