Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

2. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the speaker to turn it on or off. An indicator light will confirm the status.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is charged and powered on.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. The speaker will appear as "heetipuk J618" or similar.
4. Select the speaker from the list to pair. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional)

To achieve a stereo sound experience, you can pair two heetipuk J618 speakers together:

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS pairing button (refer to the speaker's button layout for exact location).
3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, a confirmation sound will play.
4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

Operating the Speaker

Basic Controls

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
• Play/Pause Button: Press once to play or pause music.
• Volume Up/Next Track: Press once for volume up, press and hold for next track.
• Volume Down/Previous Track: Press once for volume down, press and hold for previous track.

Magnetic Attachment and Phone Stand Functionality

The speaker features a magnetic base for convenient attachment to metallic surfaces. An included magnetic ring allows you to attach the speaker to non-magnetic surfaces or directly to your phone to use it as a stand.

1. Attaching to Magnetic Surfaces: Simply place the speaker's magnetic base against any suitable metallic surface (e.g., refrigerator, desk leg).
2. Using the Magnetic Ring: For non-magnetic phones or surfaces, peel off the adhesive backing from the magnetic ring and firmly attach it to the desired location. The speaker can then be magnetically attached to this ring.
3. Phone Stand: When attached to your phone, the speaker can prop it up for viewing in both landscape and portrait orientations.

Waterproof and Dustproof Use

The IPX7 rating means the speaker can be submerged in water up to 1 meter (3.3 feet) for 30 minutes without damage. The IP6X dustproof rating protects against dust ingress. This makes it suitable for use in bathrooms, by pools, at the beach, or during outdoor activities.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

No Power

• Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to ensure it's not just in standby mode.

Cannot Pair via Bluetooth

• Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
• Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
• Move the speaker closer to your device.
• Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the speaker.
• If TWS mode was previously used, ensure both speakers are disconnected from each other before attempting to pair a single speaker to your device.

No Sound or Low Volume

TWS Pairing Issues

• Ensure both speakers are the same model and fully charged.
• Make sure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth devices before initiating TWS pairing.
• Keep the speakers within 19 feet (approximately 6 meters) of each other during TWS pairing.
