Loading Thermal Roll Paper:

  1. Open the printer's cover by gently pressing the release buttons on the sides.
  2. Remove the pre-installed paper roll. If it has a protective film, remove it.
  3. Insert the thermal paper roll into the paper compartment, ensuring the printing side faces outwards and the paper feeds smoothly.
  4. Pull approximately 2 cm of paper out of the paper output slot.
  5. Close the printer's cover until it clicks securely.

Loading Single-Sheet Thermal Paper:

  1. Ensure the printer is powered on.
  2. Hold the single sheet of thermal paper with both hands, ensuring the printing side faces up.
  3. Gently insert the paper into the paper input slot from the back of the printer until the printer automatically feeds it.
  4. The indicator light will turn green, signifying successful paper loading.

3.2. Connectivity and Driver Installation

The A285M printer supports both Bluetooth for mobile devices and USB for computers.

For Mobile Devices (Bluetooth):

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Powering On/Off

To power on the printer, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will turn green. To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
