Proper Rowing Form
A proper rowing stroke consists of four phases: the Catch, the Drive, the Finish, and the Recovery.
- Catch: Knees bent, shins vertical, arms extended forward, back straight, shoulders relaxed.
- Drive: Push off with your legs, then swing your torso back slightly, and finally pull the handle towards your abdomen.
- Finish: Legs extended, torso slightly reclined, handle at your abdomen, elbows past your body.
- Recovery: Extend arms forward, then pivot torso forward, and finally bend knees to slide forward to the catch position.

- Inspections: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight. Tighten if necessary.
- Slide Rails: Keep the slide rails clean and free of debris to ensure smooth seat movement.
- Strap/Handle: Inspect the rowing strap and handle for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if needed.
6. Troubleshooting
- LCD Monitor Not Displaying: Check if batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace batteries if necessary. Ensure all sensor cables are securely connected.
- Unusual Noises: Inspect all moving parts for any obstructions. Check and tighten any loose bolts or connections. Ensure the seat rollers are clean.
- Resistance Issues: Verify the tension control knob is correctly set. If resistance feels inconsistent, ensure the magnetic flywheel area is clear of debris.
