2. Setup

2.1 SIM Card Installation

The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G supports Dual SIM functionality (nano SIM + nano SIM or nano SIM + eSIM). This device does not include a Micro SD slot for expandable storage.

To install your SIM card(s):

1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
2. Insert the provided SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray ejects.
3. Place your nano SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are correctly seated.
4. Carefully reinsert the SIM tray into the device.

2.2 Network Compatibility

This device is designed for the USA market and is compatible with T-Mobile, Mint, Tello, and other carriers operating under the T-Mobile network. For use outside the USA, it works with any GSM carrier SIM. Ensure your SIM card is already activated before insertion.

2.3 Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power button on the side of the device until the XIAOMI logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

The device features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K (2772 x 1280) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It offers a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz (2560Hz instantaneous in Game Turbo mode) and a peak brightness of 3200 nits. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

3.2 Performance

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra processor (4nm manufacturing process, Octa-core up to 2.6GHz, Mali-G615 GPU), the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G delivers robust performance. It includes 8GB of RAM with a memory extension feature allowing up to an additional 8GB of virtual RAM for enhanced multitasking and gaming.

3.3 Camera System
