5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Your Electric Vehicle

  1. With the NEMA 14-50 plug securely connected to the wall outlet, open your vehicle's charging port cover.
  2. Align the J1772 connector with your vehicle's charging inlet and push it in firmly until it clicks into place.
  3. The charger's indicator lights and your vehicle's dashboard will show that charging has begun. The charger's smart monitoring system tracks real-time charging data including Amps, Voltage, and Temperature.
  4. Charging will automatically stop when your vehicle's battery is full or if an error is detected.

5.2 Disconnecting the Charger
