Setup Guide
1. Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
2. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "TG468" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will stop flashing.
The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
4. Other Connection Modes
- AUX-in Mode: Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the speaker's AUX port and the other end to your audio device's headphone jack. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
- TF Card Mode: Insert a TF (microSD) card with MP3 audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode and begin playback.
- FM Radio Mode: Press the Mode button to cycle through modes until you reach FM Radio. Use the volume buttons to scan for stations.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
- Volume Up: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
- Volume Down: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
- Next Track: Press the Volume Up (+) button once.
- Previous Track: Press the Volume Down (-) button once.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause button once during an incoming call or an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button during an incoming call.
2. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing
TWS allows you to connect two TG468 speakers wirelessly for a true stereo sound experience.
- Ensure both TG468 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
- On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (often combined with the Mode button or a dedicated TWS button) until you hear a pairing tone.
- The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation tone once TWS pairing is successful.
- Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.
3. Hands-Free Calling
When connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the built-in microphone allows you to make and receive calls directly through the speaker. Use the Play/Pause button to manage calls as described in "Basic Controls".
