Setup
Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective film from the appliance.
- Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation.

- Turn the function dial to 'Bake' and set the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
- Operate the oven empty for this duration. A slight odor or smoke may be present, which is normal for new appliances. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- After 15 minutes, turn the oven off and unplug it. Allow it to cool completely before further use.

- Once cooking is complete, use the rotisserie lift tool to carefully remove the hot spit from the oven.
