It features durable 600D Oxford fabric with a full blackout lining (2,000mm waterproof) and a 150D Oxford fabric canopy with silver lining (3,000mm waterproof, UPF 50+), ensuring comfort across four seasons. 3. Safety Information

  • Ensure the rooftop tent is securely mounted to your vehicle's roof rack system before driving.
  • Adhere to your vehicle's roof load capacity and the tent's weight limits.
  • Always use the telescopic ladder on stable, level ground. Ensure all ladder rungs are fully extended and locked before climbing.
  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 3 people.
  • Avoid using open flames or heating appliances inside the tent.
  • In strong winds, consider lowering the tent or securing it with additional guy ropes.
  • Regularly inspect all components for wear and tear, especially before and after trips.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Mounting the Tent to Your Vehicle

The CapeTop rooftop tent is designed for secure mounting on most vehicle roof rack systems. The mounting process involves attaching the tent's base rails to your vehicle's crossbars using the provided hardware. Ensure the tent is centered and evenly distributed on your roof rack for optimal stability.

4.2 Deploying the Tent

Once securely mounted, deploying the CapeTop tent is a quick process:

  1. Unlatch the buckles securing the tent's hard shell.
  2. Gently push the top shell upwards. Gas struts will assist in opening the tent fully.
  3. Extend the telescopic ladder to the desired length, ensuring it is firmly planted on level ground and locked into position. The ladder also supports the extended floor section.
  4. Insert the support bars for the window awnings and the main entrance awning.
  5. Attach the shoe pockets to the designated slots near the ladder.

5. Operating the Tent

5.1 Interior Features

5.2 Ventilation and Light Control

6. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Hand wash the fabric components with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
