Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge the portable charger.

1. Connect the built-in USB-A input cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
2. Alternatively, use a USB-C cable (not included) to connect the power bank's bi-directional Type-C port to a compatible USB-C wall adapter or port.
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. Ensure the power bank is charged to 100% for optimal performance.
4. Disconnect the charging cable once fully charged.

Operating Instructions

Checking Battery Level

Press the power button located on the side of the power bank. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current battery percentage.

Charging Your Devices

The HELLEE portable charger offers multiple ways to charge your devices:

Using Built-In Cables

1. Identify the correct built-in cable for your device (USB-A, Type-C, iOS/Lightning, or Micro-USB).
2. Gently pull out the desired cable from its slot on the power bank.
3. Connect the cable to your device's charging port.
4. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED display will show the remaining power.
5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable from your device and carefully return it to its designated slot on the power bank.

Using External Cables (USB-A or Type-C Ports)

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the available USB-A output ports or the bi-directional Type-C port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of your device's charging cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging.
4. Disconnect your device once fully charged.

Simultaneous Charging
