6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Hurom E30ST, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check that the chamber and hopper are correctly locked into place. |
| Motor stops during operation. | Overload due to hard ingredients or too much fed at once. | Press the 'REV' (Reverse) button for a few seconds to clear any blockage, then press 'ON' again. If it persists, disassemble and clean. Ensure ingredients are cut into smaller pieces. |
| Low juice yield or excessive pulp in juice. | Incorrect strainer used; ingredients not fresh; improper feeding speed. | Ensure the fine strainer is used for minimal pulp. Use fresh, firm ingredients. Feed ingredients slowly and steadily. |
| Difficulty cleaning the strainer. | Pulp has dried onto the strainer. | Clean immediately after use. Use the provided cleaning brush under running water to dislodge pulp. Soaking in warm, soapy water can help. |
