Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the headset's Type-C charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The charging indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 120 hours of use in Bluetooth mode with lights off, or 75 hours in 2.4GHz mode with lights off.

2. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (USB Dongle)
This mode offers ultra-low latency for competitive gaming.
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS5, or PS4.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button. The headset will automatically attempt to connect to the dongle.
- The status indicator on the headset will show a solid light when connected.
- On your device, ensure the EKSA E1000BT is selected as the audio output and input device.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth 5.3
Ideal for mobile devices, tablets, and Mac.
- Ensure the headset is powered on.
- Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the headset (refer to the Power/Mode button functions in Product Overview). The status indicator will flash, indicating it's ready to pair.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, Mac), go to Bluetooth settings and select "EKSA E1000BT" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the status indicator on the headset will become solid.
4. Connecting via 3.5mm Wired Mode
For universal compatibility, including Xbox Series consoles.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm port on the headset.
- Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (e.g., controller, PC, Switch).
- Note: In wired mode, the headset's power and wireless functions are bypassed. The microphone and audio will function passively.
