Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage or personal injury.

  • Ensure the dispenser is placed on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Do not plug in the appliance until a water bottle is properly installed and water has filled the internal tanks.
  • Keep the appliance upright during transport and for at least 2 hours before plugging in to allow refrigerants to settle.
  • Use only potable water. Do not use any other liquids in the dispenser.
  • The hot water function reaches high temperatures. Always use the child safety lock when dispensing hot water, especially around children.
  • Unplug the dispenser before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Water Bottle Support: Holds 3 or 5-gallon water bottles.

Setup Guide

1. Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  2. Place the dispenser on a firm, level floor surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance from the wall for proper ventilation.
  3. Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in. This allows the compressor fluids to settle.

2. Water Bottle Installation

  1. Clean the neck of a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
  2. Remove the protective cap from the water bottle.
  3. Carefully invert the water bottle and place it firmly onto the bottle support on top of the dispenser. Ensure the bottle is seated correctly and water begins to flow into the internal tanks.
  4. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the internal tanks to fill completely before plugging in the unit.

3. Initial Power On

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Turn on the hot and cold water switches located on the back of the unit (if applicable). The indicator lights on the front panel will illuminate.
  3. Allow 15-30 minutes for the water to reach optimal hot and cold temperatures.

Operating Instructions

1. Dispensing Water

  • Hot Water (≥194°F): Place a cup under the hot water spout. Push the child safety lock button, then press the hot water lever. Release both to stop dispensing.
  • Cold Water (≤46.4°F): Place a cup under the cold water spout. Press the cold water lever. Release to stop dispensing.
  • Room Temperature Water: Place a cup under the room temperature water spout. Press the room temperature water lever. Release to stop dispensing.

2. Ice Making Operation

The built-in ice maker can produce up to 33 lbs of ice in 24 hours, with a storage capacity of 4.4 lbs. It generates 7 bullet ice cubes in 6-15 minutes.

  1. Ensure the water dispenser is powered on and has a sufficient water supply.
  2. Press the "Ice" button on the control panel to activate the ice making function. The ice indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Ice production will begin automatically. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer.
  4. Open the ice maker compartment door to access the ice basket.
  5. The unit will automatically stop making ice when the ice basket is full and resume when ice is removed.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and hygiene of your water dispenser.

1. General Cleaning

  1. Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the water bottle.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  4. Remove and empty the drip tray. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and replace.
  5. The detachable barrel seat (water bottle support) can be removed and cleaned with mild soap and water.

2. Draining and Sanitizing

It is recommended to drain and sanitize the dispenser every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on usage.

  1. Unplug the dispenser and remove the water bottle.
  2. Place a bucket under the drain plugs located at the back of the unit. Remove the plugs to drain all water from the hot and cold tanks.
  3. Once drained, replace the drain plugs.
  4. Prepare a sanitizing solution (e.g., 1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water, or a food-grade sanitizing solution).
  5. Pour the sanitizing solution into the water reservoir (where the bottle sits).
  6. Allow the solution to sit for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Drain the sanitizing solution completely through the hot and cold spouts until the tanks are empty.
  8. Rinse the system by filling the reservoir with clean water and draining it through the spouts. Repeat this step 2-3 times to ensure all sanitizing solution is removed.
  9. Replace the water bottle and plug in the unit.

Troubleshooting

Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions.

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No water dispensing. Empty water bottle; airlock; dispenser not plugged in. Replace water bottle; remove and re-seat bottle to break airlock; ensure dispenser is plugged in and power is on.
Water not hot/cold enough. Hot/cold switch off; insufficient time to heat/cool; high ambient temperature. Ensure hot/cold switches on back are ON; allow 15-30 minutes for temperature stabilization; move dispenser to a cooler area.
Ice maker not producing ice. Ice function off; no water; ice basket full; ambient temperature too high. Press "Ice" button; ensure water bottle is full; empty ice basket; ensure proper ventilation around unit.
Water leakage. Water bottle not seated correctly; drain plug loose. Re-seat water bottle firmly; check and tighten drain plugs.
Unusual noise. Normal compressor operation; unit not level. Some noise is normal during cooling/heating cycles. Ensure the unit is on a level surface.
