3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Upon receiving your VOLIX P300, carefully unpack all components and inspect for any damage. Ensure all accessories are present as listed in the packaging. It is recommended to fully charge the unit before first use.
3.2 Charging the Power Station
The VOLIX P300 supports multiple charging methods:
- AC Wall Charging: Connect the provided AC charging cable to the power station's AC input port and then to a standard wall outlet. The unit supports 300W AC fast charging, allowing a full charge in approximately 50 minutes.
- Solar Charging: Connect a compatible solar panel (e.g., ALLPOWERS SP012, SE100, or SF100) to the solar/car input port (XT60 connector). The built-in MPPT controller supports up to 110W solar input. Ensure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight for optimal charging.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the DC output (12V DC, USB-A, USB-C), press the "DC OUTPUT" button.
- To turn on the AC output, press the "AC OUTPUT" button.
- To turn off any output, press its corresponding button again.
- The main power button (labeled "POWER") controls the unit's display and overall standby mode.
4.2 Connecting Devices
The VOLIX P300 offers various output ports:
- AC Outlet: Plug in devices requiring standard household power (up to 300W continuous, 600W peak).

4.3 Smart Control via Bluetooth App
Download the ALLPOWERS app from your smartphone's app store. To connect:
- Press and hold the DC button for 3 seconds to activate Bluetooth pairing. A Bluetooth icon will flash on the display.
- Open the ALLPOWERS app on your smartphone and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your VOLIX P300.
- Once connected, you can monitor battery status, input/output power, and control various settings remotely.
4.4 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function
When the VOLIX P300 is connected to an AC wall outlet and also has devices plugged into its AC output, it functions as a UPS. In the event of a power outage, the unit will automatically switch to battery power within 10 milliseconds, ensuring continuous operation for connected devices like computers and routers.

5. Maintenance
- Storage: Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to preserve battery health.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

6. Troubleshooting
- Unit Not Charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power station and the power source.
- Verify the power source is active (e.g., wall outlet, solar panel in direct sunlight).
- If charging via solar, ensure the solar panel is compatible and positioned correctly.
- Check the ambient temperature; some units may not charge in extreme cold.
- No Output from Ports:
- Ensure the specific output (DC or AC) is turned on using its respective button.
- Check if the device connected requires more power than the port can supply.
