3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your VCK Cold Press Juicer before use:

  1. Place the juicing bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it is securely seated.
  2. Insert the multi-spiral auger into the center of the juicing bowl.
  3. Place the fine mesh filter over the auger, aligning it properly.
  4. Attach the hopper/feed chute cover. Align the cover with the mark on the juicing bowl, gently press down, and then rotate it to the left until it locks into the closed position. You should hear a click.
  5. Position the juice cup under the juice outlet and the pulp container under the pulp outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Preparation of Ingredients

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • The VCK juicer features an extra-large 5.12" wide feed chute, allowing you to juice whole fruits like apples and oranges, and large chunks of vegetables without extensive pre-cutting.
  • Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums) and large seeds.
  • For fibrous vegetables like celery, cut them into smaller pieces to prevent clogging.

Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Place the prepared ingredients into the feed chute.
  3. Press the power button to start the juicer. The ultra-slow 55 RPM masticating technology will begin to extract juice.
  4. Use the food pusher to gently guide ingredients into the auger if needed. Do not force ingredients.
  5. The dual-strainer anti-clog system and 0.1mm fine mesh filters ensure maximum liquid extraction and minimal pulp residue.
  6. Once juicing is complete, press the power button to turn off the juicer.

5. Disassembly and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. The VCK juicer is designed for easy cleaning.

Disassembly

  1. Ensure the juicer is turned off and unplugged.
  2. Rotate the hopper/feed chute cover to the unlock position and lift it off.
  3. Remove the fine mesh filter and then the multi-spiral auger.
  4. Lift the juicing bowl from the motor base.
  5. Empty the juice cup and pulp container.

Cleaning

  • Rinse all removable parts (juicing bowl, auger, filter, cover, juice cup, pulp container) under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying.
  • Use the included cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the fine mesh filter.
  • Most removable parts are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.
  • Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
