Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the massager using the provided USB-C charging cable. A solid green power indicator light signifies a full charge. An orange flashing light indicates the battery is about to run out.
- Positioning: Place the massager on your desired surface (chair, sofa, car seat). Use the adjustable strap on the back to secure it to a chair if needed.

Operating Instructions
All operation buttons are located on the control panel of the massager. To power on or off, press and hold the power button on the control panel for 3 seconds until the massage head starts working. To switch between massage modes, press the power button briefly. To turn on or off the hot compress function, press the Hot Compress button on the front briefly; to activate the hot compress function on the back, press the back Hot Compress button briefly, and press it again to cycle through intensity levels or press it for the third time to turn off the hot compress function.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The massage heads will begin to operate.
- Select Massage Mode: Briefly press the power button to cycle through Full Back, Upper Back, or Lower Back modes. The default mode is Full Back.
- Adjust Heat Level: Press the heat button to select from three heat levels (45°C–55°C). The heating pad is located in the spine area.
- Power Off: To end the massage, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the massage function. The device has an automatic shut-off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Charging
The SKG TS700 is equipped with a 3200mAh battery, providing up to 90 minutes of cordless use. It is rechargeable, and users should charge it with a Type-C charging cable. Chargers used must have an output not more than 15W (5V, 2A). A solid green power indicator light signifies that the battery is fully charged, while an orange flashing light indicates the battery is about to run out. The light on the charging port will indicate different charging statuses: an orange breathing light indicates that the device is charging, and a green breathing light indicates that the battery is fully charged.
Maintenance
The massager features a washable cover for easy maintenance. Simply remove the cover and hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, try using a different charging cable and adapter.
- Massage feels too intense/weak: Adjust the intensity level using the mode button. You can also place a thin towel between your back and the massager for reduced intensity.
- Heat not working: Ensure the heat function is activated. Check the indicator light on the control panel.
- Unusual noises: Discontinue use and contact customer support if you hear any unusual noises during operation.
