The Tenvolti N9 features a 2-in-1 magnetic design, offering versatile warmth with three adjustable heat levels and a long-lasting battery life, supported by a 10,000mAh charging dock.

Setup

Initial Charging

1. Upon first use, fully charge both hand warmers and the charging case.
2. Place the hand warmers into their respective slots in the charging case.
3. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging case and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
4. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status. A full charge for the case takes approximately 3 hours.

Operating Instructions

Turning On/Off and Adjusting Heat Levels

1. To turn on a hand warmer, press and hold the power button on the warmer for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will light up.
2. Press the power button briefly to cycle through the three heat levels:
   • Level 1 (Low): 95–107°F (35–42°C) - Indicated by 1 LED light.
   • Level 2 (Medium): 107–118°F (42–48°C) - Indicated by 2 LED lights.
   • Level 3 (High): 118–131°F (48–55°C) - Indicated by 3 LED lights.
3. To turn off a hand warmer, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Magnetic 2-in-1 Functionality

• The two hand warmers can be used independently, one for each hand.
• For concentrated 360° heat, align the magnetic sides of the two warmers until they snap together.

Charging Hand Warmers with the Case

• When the hand warmers require recharging, place them back into the charging case.
• Press the power button on the charging case to initiate charging. The blue LED indicators on the case will confirm charging is active.
• The 10,000mAh charging dock can recharge both 2,000mAh warmers up to 3 times.

Maintenance

• Clean the hand warmers and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the device in its charging case in a cool, dry place when not in use.
