2.1 Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Remove all packaging materials and protective films from the robot and the charging base.
  2. Place the charging base against a wall on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3.3 feet) of clear space on both sides and 2 meters (6.6 feet) in front of the base for optimal robot navigation.
  3. Connect the power cable to the charging base and plug it into a power outlet.

3.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the robot.

  1. Place the robot onto the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts align.
  2. The robot will automatically begin charging. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status.
  3. Allow the robot to charge completely before its first cleaning cycle (approximately 4-6 hours).

3.3 App Installation and Mapping

For full functionality, download the Proscenic app and set up your device.

  1. Download the 'Proscenic' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Register an account and follow the in-app instructions to add your Q20 Plus robot.
  3. During the first cleaning cycle, the robot will use its 360° LDS LiDAR navigation to create a detailed map of your home. Ensure all doors are open and obstacles are minimized for accurate mapping.
  4. The app allows you to save up to 5 maps for multi-floor homes, set no-go zones, virtual walls, and customize cleaning schedules.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Cleaning Modes

The Q20 Plus offers versatile cleaning options:

You can adjust suction power (Silent, Standard, Powerful) and water flow (3 levels) via the app or remote control.

4.2 Starting a Cleaning Cycle

4.3 Automatic Recharge and Resume

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot.

5.1 Auto-Empty Dust Collection Bin

The 4L dust collection bin in the charging base should be emptied when full, typically every 90 days depending on usage.

  1. Open the lid of the auto-empty station.
  2. Lift out the dust collection bin.
  3. Empty the contents into a trash can. The bagless design allows for easy disposal without replacement bags.
  4. Wipe the interior with a dry cloth if necessary.
  5. Replace the dust collection bin and close the lid.

5.2 Robot Dustbin and Filters

Clean the robot's internal dustbin and filters regularly (after each use or as needed).

  1. Open the robot's top cover and remove the dustbin.
  2. Empty the dustbin.
  3. Remove the HEPA filter and primary filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash HEPA filters with water.
  4. Rinse the dustbin with water if needed, ensuring it is completely dry before reinstallation.
  5. Reinstall the filters and dustbin.

5.3 Main Brush and Side Brushes

  2. Wash the mop pad with water and mild detergent. Air dry completely.
