Setup

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off
- Press the POWER button on the remote or the POWER/START/STOP button on the touchscreen to turn the machine on or off.
Manual Mode (HA Mode)
- In Manual Mode, you can adjust the speed from 1 to 12 levels.
- Use the TIME/SPEED + and TIME/SPEED - buttons on the remote or touchscreen to increase or decrease the speed.
- The machine supports both forward and backward pedaling in Manual Mode. Use the DIRECTION button to switch between forward and backward motion.
Auto Mode (P1-P6)
- The machine features 6 preset automatic programs (P1-P6).
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the preset programs. Each program automatically adjusts speed and direction for a varied workout.
