The ORICO MG7 allows for easy installation of an M.2 2230 NVMe SSD to expand your storage capacity. Follow these steps:
- Unscrew the single screw on the side of the docking station and gently open the bottom cover.
- Tilt the M.2 2230 NVMe SSD at approximately a 30° angle and insert it into the slot.
- Gently push the SSD down and secure it with the provided screw.
- Attach the thermal silicone pad(s) to the top of the SSD for optimal heat dissipation.
- Close the bottom cover and tighten the screw.
Note: A new SSD requires exFAT formatting on a PC before first use.
