Setup

Battery Installation

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight counter-clockwise.
2. Insert the provided 5000mAh rechargeable battery with the positive (+) terminal facing towards the flashlight head.
3. Alternatively, if using AAA batteries, place three AAA batteries into the provided adapter and insert the adapter into the flashlight.
4. Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until secure.

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the rechargeable battery.

• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the flashlight's USB-C port.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
• The LCD display on the flashlight will show the charging progress. Charge until the display indicates 100%.

Operating Instructions

The Shadowhawk S1929 features a dual-switch system for independent control of white and UV light, along with adjustable focus and multiple modes.

White Light Operation

1. Power On/Off: Press the white light switch (power symbol) to turn the flashlight on or off.
2. Mode Cycling: With the white light on, press the white light switch repeatedly to cycle through modes: High, Low, Strobe.
3. Continuous Dimming: To adjust brightness continuously, press and hold the white light switch while the light is on. Release the button when the desired brightness is reached.
4. Instant Off: If the flashlight has been on for more than 15 seconds in any mode, a single press of the white light switch will turn it off directly, without cycling through other modes.

UV Light Operation

1. Power On/Off: Press the UV light switch (UV symbol) to turn the UV light on or off.
2. Continuous Dimming: To adjust UV light intensity continuously, press and hold the UV light switch while the UV light is on. Release the button when the desired intensity is reached.

Adjustable Zoom (Focus)

The flashlight features an adjustable zoom function to change the beam from a wide floodlight to a focused spotlight.

• To adjust the focus, gently push or pull the head of the flashlight.
• Extend the head for a narrow, long-distance spotlight.
• Retract the head for a wide floodlight, illuminating a larger area.

Charging and Power Bank Functionality

Charging the Flashlight

The Shadowhawk S1929 is equipped with a USB-C input for convenient charging.

• Locate the USB-C port on the flashlight body.
• Connect the provided USB-C cable to the flashlight and a compatible USB power source.
• The integrated LCD display will show the battery percentage during charging.
• A full charge typically takes several hours, indicated by 100% on the display.

Power Bank Function

The flashlight can also function as a power bank to charge other devices via its USB-A output port.

• Connect your device's charging cable to the flashlight's USB-A output port.
• The flashlight's battery will then supply power to charge your connected device.
• Monitor the flashlight's LCD display for remaining battery percentage.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Clean the lens gently with a lens cloth to maintain optimal light output.

Battery Care

• If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
• Store batteries in a cool, dry place.
• Recharge the battery periodically (every 3-6 months) even if not in use to maintain its lifespan.

Water Resistance

The Shadowhawk S1929 is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance.
