Setup

1. Charging the Device

2. Wearing the Massager

Place the massager on your knee, ensuring the main unit is positioned over the kneecap. Use the adjustable Velcro straps to secure the device firmly but comfortably around your knee. Ensure it is snug enough to maintain contact but not so tight as to restrict circulation.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button (usually represented by a power icon) to turn the device on or off. The device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of continuous use.
2. Adjusting Vibration Modes: Press the Vibration button to cycle through the 3 available vibration modes:

3. Adjusting Heating Levels: Press the Heating button to select from the 3 heating levels:

   • Medium
   • High (approx. 131°F)

   Allow a few minutes for the heating element to reach the desired temperature.

4. Red Light Function: The red light function operates in conjunction with the heating element. It activates automatically when heat is selected.
