  • Customize touch control functions.
  • Activate or deactivate Dynamic Bass Boost.
  • Check battery levels.
  • Update earbud firmware.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surfaces. For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution if necessary, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, dirt, and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance (IPX4)

The Philips T2000 earbuds are rated IPX4, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor use in light rain. They are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to pressurized water jets. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Philips T2000 earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

Problem Solution
Earbuds do not power on. Ensure the charging case and earbuds are fully charged. Place earbuds in the case, close, then reopen.
Cannot pair with device.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode (flashing lights).
  • Forget "Philips T2000" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Move closer to your device and away from other wireless interference.
No sound or low volume.
  • Check volume levels on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
  • Reconnect the earbuds to your device.
One earbud has no sound. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try again. This often re-syncs them.
Call quality is poor. Ensure microphones are not obstructed. Move to a quieter environment if possible. Check for strong Bluetooth connection.
