  1. Connect the solar panel's output cable to the designated input port on the power management box.
  2. Connect the heating unit's power cable to the DC output port on the power management box.
  3. Ensure all connections are secure. The system will begin to operate when sufficient solar energy is available.

5. Operation

The ASHATA Solar-Powered Pet Kennel Heater features adjustable hot air settings for customized warmth.

5.1 Powering On/Off

The system is designed to operate automatically when the solar panel receives sufficient sunlight. There is no manual on/off switch for the solar power function. The heating unit will activate as solar energy is converted.

5.2 Adjusting Hot Air Settings

The heating unit features multiple heating levels. Refer to the controls on the heating unit itself to adjust the intensity of the hot air. Typically, a dial or buttons will allow you to select the desired heat output. Start with a lower setting and increase as needed to maintain a comfortable temperature for your pet or vehicle interior.

5.3 Rapid Heating Technology

The integrated heating components ensure quick heat distribution, effectively preventing winter freezing and reducing humidity. The system is designed to provide warmth efficiently, adapting to varying environmental conditions.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your ASHATA Solar-Powered Pet Kennel Heater.

6.1 Cleaning the Solar Panel

Periodically wipe the surface of the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption and energy conversion. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

6.2 Cleaning the Heating Unit

Ensure the heating unit's air intake and output vents are free from obstructions (e.g., pet hair, dust). Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently clean the vents. Do not immerse the unit in water.

6.3 Storage

If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect all components and store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ASHATA Solar-Powered Pet Kennel Heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

7.1 Heater Not Producing Heat

  • Check Solar Panel Exposure: Ensure the solar panel is receiving direct sunlight. Move it to a sunnier location if necessary.
  • Verify Connections: Confirm that all cables between the solar panel, power management box, and heating unit are securely connected.
  • Clean Solar Panel: A dirty solar panel can reduce efficiency. Clean the panel as described in Section 6.1.
  • Insufficient Sunlight: On cloudy days or during periods of low light, the system's performance may be reduced.

7.2 Weak Airflow from Heating Unit

  • Check for Obstructions: Ensure the air intake and output vents are not blocked by pet hair, dust, or other debris. Clean as described in Section 6.2.
  • Power Output: Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight to provide full power to the heating unit.

7.3 Power Management Box Not Charging External Devices (USB/Type-C)

  • Sufficient Solar Input: Ensure the solar panel is generating enough power. Charging external devices may require more consistent sunlight than simply operating the heater.
  • Cable Connection: Verify the charging cable for your external device is properly connected to the power management box.

If problems persist after attempting these troubleshooting steps, please contact ASHATA customer support.

8. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product. This may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
  • Keep the heating unit away from flammable materials.
  • Ensure the heating unit is placed on a stable surface and cannot be easily tipped over, especially in pet kennels.
  • Do not expose the solar panel or heating unit to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, hail) unless specifically designed for such conditions. While the solar panel is durable, prolonged exposure to harsh elements can affect performance.
  • Keep out of reach of small children and pets to prevent accidental damage or injury.
  • Always ensure proper ventilation around the heating unit.

9. Warranty and Support
