Setup

1. Charging the Device

The charging case has a 790 mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 40 hours of power on a full charge (40 hours for a single pod, 20 hours for two pods). Each pod runs up to 8 hours. A 10-minute charge in the case provides 1 hour of therapy. Recharge the case via the included Type-C cable using a wall adapter, power bank, or laptop.

2. Attaching Electrode Pads to Pods

The device uses high-quality, medical-grade, latex-free electrode pads. These pads are reusable up to 45 times. Ensure the pads are securely attached to the pods.

Take out the Wireless Pods: No need to switch on or off the charging case.
Select Program: Press the 'P' button to select from 24 advanced modes (TENS, EMS, Massage).
Adjust Intensity: Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the current level (30 adjustable intensities). Press and hold the '-' button to return the current level to zero.
Set Timer: Press the clock icon button to set the session duration (10-90 minutes, default 30 minutes).

Maintenance

Pad Care

To maintain the strong adhesion and longevity of your electrode pads (up to 45 uses), ensure they are clean. If stickiness is reduced, gently clean the pads with water and let them air dry. Reapply the protective film after each use.

Device Cleaning and Storage

Wipe the charging case and pods with a soft, dry cloth. Store the device and pads in the provided pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Device not charging: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected and the power adapter provides DC 5V/1A. If issues persist, try a different Type-C cable or contact customer support.
Pads not sticking: Clean the pads with water and let them air dry to restore stickiness. Ensure skin is clean and dry before application.
Tingling sensation: If you experience a tingling sensation in any position, you may have sensitive skin and the product might not be suitable for you.
