Setup

Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the USB charging cable to the headset's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
Battery life: Up to 40 hours (RGB lighting off), up to 30 hours (RGB lighting on).
A voice prompt will indicate low battery (<10%).

Wireless Connection (2.4 GHz USB Dongle)

The headset supports 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity via USB-A and USB-C dongles, offering a stable connection with low latency (under 25ms) up to 15 meters.

For PC, PS4, PS5, Laptop (USB-A): Insert the USB-A wireless dongle into an available USB-A port on your device.
For Nintendo Switch, Tablets, Smartphones (USB-C): Insert the USB-C wireless dongle into an available USB-C port on your device.
Turn on the headset. It will automatically pair with the dongle.
Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output and input device in your device's sound settings.

Bluetooth Connection

Troubleshooting
