3. Wearing the Earbuds

Proper fit is crucial for sound quality and comfort. Follow these steps to wear your earbuds correctly:

1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.
2. Insert the earbuds into your ears, gently twisting them until they fit securely and comfortably.
3. Experiment with different eartip sizes (S, M, L) to find the best seal for your ear canals.

4. Charging

4.1 Charging the Case

Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status:

• Breathing Red Light: Battery level below 20%.
• Breathing Yellow Light: Battery level between 20% and 69%.
• Breathing Green Light: Battery level between 70% and 99%.
• Solid Green Light: Battery level at 100%.

If the case will not be used for an extended period, charge it at least once every three months.

4.2 Charging the Earbuds

5. Setup and Connectivity

5.1 Initial Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a blinking white light on the case.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
3. Select "SOUNDPEATS C30" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

3. Connect the earbuds to your second device (Device B).
4. Manually initiate a connection from Device A to the earbuds again.
5. The earbuds are now connected to both devices.

6.1 Touch Controls

The SoundPEATS C30 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls. The default functions are:

6.3 LDAC Hi-Res Audio

The SoundPEATS C30 supports LDAC for Hi-Res Audio Wireless. To enable LDAC:

1. Connect your earbuds to the SoundPEATS Audio App.
2. In the app interface, select the option to enable LDAC.

Note: Enabling LDAC may disable certain features like dual-device connection, game mode, movie mode, and dynamic EQ due to increased bandwidth requirements. The earbuds will restart to apply this change.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Factory Reset

If you experience pairing issues or other malfunctions, a factory reset may resolve the problem:

1. Place both earbuds in their correct slots within the charging case, ensuring they are seated properly and charging.
2. Keep the charging case lid open. Simultaneously press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for 10 seconds until the case indicator light flashes red and white twice. This indicates the factory reset is complete.
3. After the reset, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a steady blinking white light on the charging case.

8.2 Common Issues

• Earbuds not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try resetting the earbuds.
• One earbud not working: Check battery levels for both earbuds. Try placing both earbuds back in the case and taking them out again. Perform a factory reset if the issue persists.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure eartips provide a good seal. Check if LDAC mode is enabled (if not desired for specific features). Adjust EQ settings in the app.
