Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating the snow blower. Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or death.

Setup and Assembly

Your Husqvarna ST124 snow blower requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your machine for operation:

  1. Handlebar Assembly: Attach the lower handlebar section to the main unit using the provided bolts and knobs. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Upper Handlebar and Control Panel: Secure the upper handlebar section to the lower section. Connect any control cables (drive, auger, chute) to their respective levers on the control panel.
  3. Chute Assembly: Attach the snow discharge chute to the main unit. Ensure the chute rotator mechanism is correctly aligned and secured.
  4. Skid Shoes: Adjust the skid shoes to the desired height. For most surfaces, a medium setting is appropriate. For gravel, raise the skid shoes to prevent picking up stones.
  5. Tire Installation: If not pre-installed, attach the wheels to the axle using the provided pins. Ensure tires are properly inflated (refer to tire sidewall for pressure).
