5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Loading a Bicycle
- Deploy the loading ramp. The ramp can be easily mounted and neatly stowed in the frame when not in use.
- Carefully roll your bicycle up the ramp and onto the rack.
- Position the bicycle's wheels into the secure wheel cradles. These cradles are ultra-wide to support various tire sizes, including fat tires up to 5 inches wide, ensuring zero-wobble travel.
- Adjust the sliders to tailor the fit for most bikes with different wheelbases, up to a maximum of 50 inches.
- Secure the bicycle using the adjustable arm bar and any additional straps or fasteners provided. Ensure the bike is held firmly at three points: front wheel cradle, adjustable arm bar, and adjustable slider.
- Stow the ramp securely in the rack frame.

- Bicycle Not Secure: Verify that the wheel cradles are properly positioned, the adjustable arm bar is firmly clamped, and all straps are tightened. Adjust sliders for correct wheelbase fit.
- Brake Light Not Functioning:
- Check the electrical connection to your vehicle's trailer light connector. Ensure it is fully inserted and free of debris.
- Inspect the wiring for any visible damage or cuts.
- Verify your vehicle's trailer light fuse is not blown.
- Ensure the light kit is securely snapped onto the rack.
