1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Uthfy Convection Space Heater, Model PN2000GS. This electric panel heater is designed to provide efficient and quiet heating for indoor spaces. It offers versatile placement options, advanced safety features, and user-friendly controls for a comfortable environment.

2. Important Safety Information

Please read all safety warnings and instructions before using this appliance to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Overheat Protection: The heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system that will shut off the unit if it becomes too hot.
  • Tip-Over Safety Switch: For added safety, the heater will automatically turn off if it is accidentally tipped over.
  • Child Lock: The remote control includes a manual child lock feature to prevent unintended operation.
  • Placement: Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, level surface or securely wall-mounted. Keep electrical cords, drapes, and other furnishings at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from the front of the heater.
  • Do Not Cover: Never cover the heater or block the air vents, as this can lead to overheating and fire hazards.
  • Indoor Use Only: This appliance is designed for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or in wet environments.
  • Power Source: Connect the heater directly to a 120V AC, 60Hz grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

4. Setup and Installation

The Uthfy Convection Space Heater offers two installation options: freestanding or wall-mounted.

4.1 Freestanding Installation

  1. Carefully remove the heater from its packaging.
  2. Attach the two feet stands to the bottom of the heater using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  3. Place the heater on a stable, level surface, away from flammable materials and at least 3 feet from walls or furniture.

4.2 Wall-Mounted Installation

  1. Remove the feet stands if they were previously attached.
  2. Identify a suitable wall location, ensuring it is clear of obstructions and flammable materials. Maintain a minimum distance of 3 feet from any combustible surfaces.
  3. Use the provided wall-mounting tools (screws and anchors) to securely attach the heater to the wall. Follow the instructions in the separate wall-mounting guide for precise measurements and drilling.

5. Operating Instructions

The heater can be operated using the touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • Plug the heater into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
  • Press the Power button on the touch panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Adjusting Temperature

  • The LED display shows the current room temperature.
  • Use the Up () and Down () buttons on the touch panel or remote to set your desired temperature between 41°F (5°C) and 95°F (35°C).

5.3 Heat Modes

The heater features multiple heat settings:

  • Low (750W): For moderate heating.
  • High (1500W): For rapid heating of larger spaces.
  • ECO Mode: Automatically adjusts power consumption to maintain the set temperature efficiently.

Cycle through these modes using the Mode button on the remote or touch panel.

5.4 Timer Function

  • The 24-hour timer allows you to set an operating duration.
  • Press the Timer button on the remote or touch panel and use the Up/Down buttons to select the desired number of hours.

5.5 Child Lock

  • To activate the child lock, press the Lock button on the remote control. This will prevent accidental changes to settings.
  • Press the Lock button again to deactivate.
