The Monster Prism Pro is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed to deliver high-fidelity audio with dynamic RGB lighting. It features 60W stereo sound, True Wireless Stereo (TWS) pairing capability, Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, and multiple input options for versatile use. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your speaker.

  • Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off.
  • Volume Up/Next Track: Short press for volume up, long press for next track.
  • Volume Down/Previous Track: Short press for volume down, long press for previous track.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's USB-C port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

4.2 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the speaker on or off. A sound prompt will indicate the power status.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your device via Bluetooth:

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Monster Prism Pro" from the list.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will become solid, and a sound prompt will confirm the connection.

4.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an immersive stereo experience, you can pair two Monster Prism Pro speakers together:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker, press the TWS button. It will enter TWS pairing mode.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A sound prompt will confirm successful TWS pairing.
  4. Once paired, connect your device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described in section 4.3. Both speakers will then play audio in stereo.

5. Operating the Speaker

5.1 Playing Audio

  • Bluetooth Mode: After successful pairing, audio from your connected device will play through the speaker.
  • AUX-in Mode: Connect a 3.5mm audio cable from your device's headphone jack to the speaker's AUX-in port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
  • TF Card/USB Mode: Insert a TF card or USB flash drive into the respective port. The speaker will automatically detect and play audio files.

5.2 Controlling Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
  • Volume Adjustment: Short press the Volume Up or Volume Down buttons.
  • Next/Previous Track: Long press the Volume Up button for the next track, and long press the Volume Down button for the previous track.

5.3 Managing Calls

With the built-in microphone, you can manage calls when connected via Bluetooth:

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause button.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button.

5.4 RGB Lighting Modes

Press the Light Mode button to cycle through various dynamic RGB lighting effects. The lights can sync with the music or display static patterns.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Avoid exposing the speaker to excessive moisture.

6.2 Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months to prolong battery life.

6.3 Battery Care

The speaker features a built-in rechargeable battery. To maximize its lifespan:

  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Do not expose the speaker to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
  • Use only the provided charging cable.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Monster Prism Pro speaker, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Cannot pair via Bluetooth.Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device. Ensure no other devices are connected to the speaker. Move closer to the speaker.

TWS pairing fails.Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device. Place speakers close to each other and try TWS pairing again.
