- Start Drying: The dehydrator will begin operation after the settings are confirmed. The clear trays and door allow you to monitor the drying progress without interruption.

Drying times and temperatures vary depending on the type, thickness, and moisture content of the food. The dehydrator features 360° even drying technology with upward hot air circulation for consistent results. Experiment with different settings to achieve your desired dryness.
- Fruits: Typically require 8-12 hours at 135°F (57°C).
- Vegetables: Often dry in 6-10 hours at 125°F (52°C).
- Jerky: Meats should be pre-treated and dried at 155°F (68°C) for 4-10 hours.
- Herbs: Delicate herbs dry quickly, often in 2-4 hours at 95°F (35°C).

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your dehydrator, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Dehydrator does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the power button on the control panel has been pressed.
- Verify that the outlet is functioning by plugging in another appliance.
- Food is not drying evenly:
- Ensure food is sliced to a uniform thickness.
- Avoid overcrowding the trays; leave space for air circulation.
- Rotate trays periodically (e.g., move bottom trays to the top) for very large batches, although the 360° airflow design minimizes this need.
- Dehydrator is too noisy:
- The dehydrator operates at approximately 45dB, which is quieter than a normal conversation. If the noise is excessive, ensure the unit is on a flat, stable surface and that no foreign objects are obstructing the fan.
- Temperature or timer settings are not responding:
- Ensure the unit is powered on.
- Try unplugging the unit for a few minutes and then plugging it back in to reset the controls.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
