2. Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of injury or property damage, adhere to the following safety precautions:
- Always place the dispenser on a level, stable surface.
- Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly grounded.
- Do not immerse the dispenser, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Keep children away from the hot water dispenser spout. Always engage the child safety lock when not in use.
- Do not operate the dispenser if it has been damaged or is malfunctioning.
- Unplug the dispenser before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

Controls and Indicators:

- Power Indicator: Illuminates when the unit is powered on.
- Hot Water Indicator: Illuminates when the hot water heating function is active.
- Cold Water Indicator: Illuminates when the cold water cooling function is active.
- Empty Bottle Indicator: Alerts when the water bottle needs replacement.
- Hot Water Spout: Dispenses hot water (over 194°F). Features a child safety lock.
- Room Temperature Spout: Dispenses water at ambient temperature.
- Cold Water Spout: Dispenses cold water (below 50°F).
- Child Safety Lock: Button located above the hot water spout to prevent accidental dispensing.
- Removable Drip Tray: Collects spills and is easy to clean.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport if needed.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from walls to allow for proper ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Water Bottle Installation:
- Open the bottom loading compartment door.
- Remove the cap from a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Insert the probe into the water bottle.
- Slide the water bottle into the compartment and close the door.

- Priming the System: Before plugging in the unit, dispense water from all three spouts (hot, room, cold) until water flows continuously. This ensures the tanks are filled and prevents dry heating.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Turning On/Off Hot and Cold Functions:
- Locate the ON/OFF switches for hot and cold water on the back of the unit.
- Flip the switches to the "ON" position to activate heating and cooling. The respective indicator lights on the front panel will illuminate.
- Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for water to reach optimal hot or cold temperatures.
- Dispensing Water:
- Place a cup under the desired spout.
- For Room Temperature Water: Press the room temperature lever.
- For Cold Water: Press the cold water lever.
- For Hot Water: Simultaneously press and hold the child safety lock button located above the hot water spout, then press the hot water lever. Release both to stop dispensing.

- Low Water Reminder: The "Empty Bottle" indicator light will illuminate when the water bottle is low and needs replacement.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene.
- Self-Cleaning Function:
- This dispenser features an automatic self-cleaning function to maintain internal hygiene. Refer to the control panel for the self-cleaning button or indicator.
- Activate the self-cleaning cycle periodically as recommended by the manufacturer or when you replace a water bottle.

- Drip Tray Cleaning:
- The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth.
- Simply slide out the drip tray, empty any collected water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and replace.
- Exterior Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the dispenser is unplugged before cleaning.
7. Troubleshooting
