Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup and pairing of your earphones.

1. Charge the Earphones: Before first use, ensure the earphones and charging case are fully charged. Place the earphones in the charging case and connect the case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
2. Remove from Case: Open the charging case and remove both earphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. Pair with Device: On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select "CHE-647" from the list of available devices to connect.
4. Wearing the Earphones: The earphones are designed to be worn like an ear cuff. Gently place them over your ears, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit without blocking your ear canal.

Operating Instructions

The earphones feature physical buttons for reliable control.

• Play/Pause: Single click on either earphone button.
• Next Track (R): Double click the right earphone button.
• Previous Track / Start of Track (L): Double click the left earphone button. (Returns to start of current track if within 3 seconds, otherwise previous track).
• Volume Up (R): Long press the right earphone button.
• Volume Down (L): Long press the left earphone button.
• Voice Assistant: Triple click on either earphone button to activate Siri or other voice assistants.
• Answering/Ending Calls: Single click on either earphone button during an incoming call to answer, or during a call to end.
• Rejecting Calls: Long press on either earphone button during an incoming call.
• Multipoint Connection: The earphones support simultaneous connection to multiple devices (e.g., smartphone and PC). To switch between devices, pause audio on the currently playing device and start playback on the other.

Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity of your earphones.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the earphones and charging terminals with a soft, dry cloth. If sweat adheres, wipe it promptly as salt can cause damage.
• Water Resistance (IP65): The earphones are IP65 dust and water resistant, protecting them from rain and splashes. However, they are not designed for prolonged immersion in water. The charging case is not water resistant.
• Storage: Store the earphones in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, try these solutions:

• No Sound/Connection Issues:
  1. Ensure earphones are charged.
  2. Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earphones are paired.
  3. Try resetting the earphones as described below.
• Earphone Reset Procedure:
  1. On your device, unpair or forget "CHE-647" from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Remove one earphone from the charging case. Click its button 3 times until the indicator light turns off.
  3. Repeat step 2 for the other earphone.
  4. Place both earphones back into the charging case.
  5. Remove both earphones simultaneously. They will flash red and blue (one side) indicating pairing mode.
  6. Reconnect to "CHE-647" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
