3. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the toaster and all packaging materials.

- Crumb Tray: Ensure the removable crumb tray is correctly inserted at the bottom of the toaster.
- Cord Management: Unwind the power cord to the required length. The base of the toaster includes a cord wrap for convenient storage of excess cord.
- Initial Use: Before first use, operate the toaster without bread on the highest shade setting (Level 6) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Allow the toaster to cool completely.
4. Operating Instructions
Basic Toasting:
- Insert Bread: Place slices of bread into the toaster slots.
- Select Bread Type: On the touch screen, press the icon corresponding to your bread type (e.g., Bread, Bagel, Pastry).
- Adjust Shade: Use the "<<" and ">>" arrows to select your desired shade level from 1 (lightest) to 6 (darkest). The display will show the selected shade.
- Lower Lever: Push the toast lever down until it locks into place. The toaster will begin the toasting cycle, and the countdown timer will appear on the display.
- Completion: Once the toasting cycle is complete, the toast will automatically pop up.

Special Functions:
- Defrost: For frozen bread products. After selecting the bread type and shade, press the DEFROST button. This adds extra time to the toasting cycle to thaw and then toast the item.
- Reheat: To warm up already toasted bread without further browning. After inserting the bread, press the REHEAT button. This function typically runs for 30 seconds.
- Cancel: To stop the toasting cycle at any time, press the CANCEL button. The toast will immediately pop up.
- Mute Function: To mute the toaster's sound, long press the CANCEL button for 2 seconds.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your toaster.
