9.1 No Power

  • Ensure the soundbar is fully charged.
  • Check if the power button (rotary knob) is pressed and held long enough to turn on the device.

9.2 No Sound

  • Increase the volume on both the soundbar and the connected device.
  • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF Card, USB) is selected.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the device is properly paired.
  • For AUX, ensure the cable is securely connected.

9.3 Bluetooth Pairing Issues

  • Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing light).
  • Make sure the soundbar is within the effective range (typically 10 meters) of your device.
  • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try pairing again.
  • If previously paired, try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.

9.4 Humming Noise (Ground Loop)

  • If you experience a humming or buzzing noise, especially when the soundbar is connected via AUX and charging simultaneously, try using a different power adapter for charging (e.g., a phone adapter) instead of a computer's USB port. This can help eliminate ground loop interference.
