Before You Begin:

  • Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the assembly manual.
  • Gather necessary tools (typically a screwdriver and wrench, not included).
  • Choose a suitable outdoor location for assembly, ensuring adequate space and ventilation.

Connecting the Propane Tank:

This grill requires a standard 20 lb (9 kg) LP gas cylinder (not included).

  1. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  2. Place the LP cylinder securely in the integrated tank holder at the bottom of the grill.
  3. Connect the gas regulator hose to the LP cylinder valve. Turn the coupling nut clockwise until it is fully tightened. Do not overtighten.
  4. Perform a leak test as described below.

Leak Testing:

Always perform a leak test before initial use and after every LP cylinder change or if the grill has been moved.

  1. Mix a solution of equal parts liquid dish soap and water.
  2. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  3. Turn on the LP cylinder valve slowly.
