2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the cooktop and all accessories from the packaging.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer service.
- Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
4.2 Placement
- Place the cooktop on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
- Do not place the cooktop near water sources or flammable materials.

5.2 Basic Operation
- Place a suitable cooking utensil with food on the ceramic glass surface.
- Press the POWER button to turn on the cooktop. The digital display will illuminate.
- Select a cooking mode:
- Manual Mode: Use the power/temperature control knob to adjust the heating level. The cooktop offers 11 power stages for precise control.
- Preset Menus: Press the desired preset menu button (e.g., Fry, BBQ, Soup) for quick cooking. The cooktop has 4 preset menus.
- To adjust power/temperature in manual mode, rotate the control knob. The digital display will show the current power level or temperature.
- To set a timer, press the TIMER button and use the control knob to set the desired cooking duration.
- After cooking, press the POWER button to turn off the cooktop. The surface will remain hot for a period; allow it to cool down.

5.3 Using the Barbecue Grill
- Place the stainless steel barbecue grill directly onto the ceramic glass surface.
- Ensure the grill is stable before placing food on it.
- Select the "BBQ" preset menu or adjust the power manually for grilling.
- Always use heat-resistant utensils when handling food on the grill.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your cooktop.
- Always unplug the cooktop from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Ceramic Glass Surface:
- Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
- For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive ceramic cooktop cleaner.
- Do not use abrasive pads, scouring powders, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the surface.
- Dry the surface thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Control Panel: Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not allow water to seep into the control panel.
- Barbecue Grill: The stainless steel grill can be washed with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or reusing.
