5.2 Basic Operation

  1. Place a suitable cooking utensil with food on the ceramic glass surface.
  2. Press the POWER button to turn on the cooktop. The digital display will illuminate.
  3. Select a cooking mode:
    • Manual Mode: Use the power/temperature control knob to adjust the heating level. The cooktop offers 11 power stages for precise control.
    • Preset Menus: Press the desired preset menu button (e.g., Fry, BBQ, Soup) for quick cooking. The cooktop has 4 preset menus.
  4. To adjust power/temperature in manual mode, rotate the control knob. The digital display will show the current power level or temperature.
  5. To set a timer, press the TIMER button and use the control knob to set the desired cooking duration.
