Cleaning with the Brush Head
The V-shaped anti-tangle brush head is designed to prevent hair entanglement and effectively remove debris from various surfaces, including hardwood floors, carpets, and tiles. Its soft and hard bristles work together for comprehensive cleaning.

Cleaning the Filtration System
The multi-stage HEPA and cyclone filtration system traps 99.97% of fine dust and allergens. Regular cleaning of the filters is essential for maintaining suction power and air quality.
- Ensure the vacuum is turned off and unplugged.
- Remove the dust cup and separate the filter components (HEPA filter, sponge filter, metal mesh filter).
- Tap filters gently over a trash bin to remove loose dust and debris.
- Rinse washable filters (sponge filter, metal mesh filter) under running water until clean. Do not wash the HEPA filter unless specified by the manufacturer.
- Allow all washed filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Ensure they are bone dry to prevent mold or damage.
- Replace the HEPA filter as needed, typically every 3-6 months, or when suction noticeably decreases. An extra HEPA filter is included for convenience.

Brush Head Maintenance
Periodically check the V-shaped anti-tangle roller for any trapped hair, threads, or debris. Blockages can reduce cleaning efficiency and potentially damage the motor.
- Turn off the vacuum and detach the brush head.
- Use the included mini cleaning brush or a pair of scissors to carefully cut and remove any entangled hair or fibers from the brush roller.
- Ensure the brush roller spins freely after cleaning.

4. Troubleshooting Guide
Common Issues and Solutions
- Reduced Suction: Check if the dust cup is full, filters are clogged, or the brush head is obstructed. Clean the dust cup and filters, and remove any blockages from the brush head.
- Vacuum Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted into the main body. Check if the power button is functioning correctly.
- Brush Head Not Rotating: Check for entanglement (hair, debris) in the brush roller. The OLED display may show a "Brush Roll Error Alert" if there's an issue. Clear any obstructions.
- Short Battery Runtime: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Continuous use in High suction mode will naturally reduce runtime. Consider using Low or Mid mode for longer cleaning sessions.
- Unusual Noise: Inspect the brush head and dust cup for any foreign objects. Ensure all components are correctly assembled and secured.
Smart Alerts
The OLED Smart Display provides intelligent reminders to help you maintain your vacuum and address potential issues promptly:
- Filter Cleaning Reminder: Indicates when filters need cleaning to prevent suction loss.
- Brush Entanglement Alert: Notifies you if the brush roller is obstructed, requiring immediate attention.
- Battery Maintenance Reminder: Provides alerts related to battery status and charging needs.
Address these alerts promptly to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.
