  • Cable Management: Ensure all cables are securely connected and not pinched or strained to prevent damage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Krunia Carplay Screen, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Device Not Powering On: Ensure the car charger is securely plugged into both the device and the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Check the vehicle's fuse for the cigarette lighter.
  • Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto Disconnection (Android 16 Specific): If your Android phone is updated to Android 16 and experiences frequent disconnections with Android Auto, an OTA update is available to resolve this. Install the latest "Evelink" app from Google Play (version 20260318-1057), power on the device, enter "Superlink-Android" mode, and use the Evelink app for Wi-Fi mirroring connection. You will see "Android 16 Auto Connect issue Fixed" upon resolution.
  • No Audio Output: Check the selected audio output mode (Built-in, AUX, Bluetooth, FM). Ensure volume levels are adequate on both the device and your car stereo. If using AUX or Bluetooth, confirm proper connection/pairing. If using FM, ensure the frequency is clear and matched.
  • Rear Camera Not Displaying: Verify the rear camera is correctly connected to the "AV IN" port and its trigger wire is connected to the reversing light's positive lead. Check for any obstructions or damage to the camera.
  • Screen Unresponsive: Try restarting the device by long-pressing the power button. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the power.
  • Slow Performance/Lag: Ensure the device has the latest OTA updates. Clear cache or unnecessary apps if available in settings.
