3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials, including tape and protective films. Dispose of packaging responsibly.

3.2 Placement

Place the refrigerator on a firm, level floor. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.

• Side Clearance: At least 0.5 cm (0.2 inches) on both sides.
• Rear Clearance: At least 5 cm (2 inches) from the wall.

3.3 Power Connection

• Weak (弱): Approximately 2-3°C higher than 'Medium'.
• Medium (中): Approximately 5°C.
• Strong (強): Approximately 2-3°C lower than 'Medium'.

4.3 Storage Compartments

• Unusual noise: Slight humming or gurgling sounds are normal as the refrigerant circulates. If the noise is loud or persistent, ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching any walls or cabinets. The operating noise level is approximately 26dB.
• Water leakage: Check if the drain hole at the back of the refrigerator compartment is clear. Ensure the drip tray (if applicable) is correctly positioned.
• Excessive frost in freezer: Although fan-cooled, ensure the freezer door is not left open for extended periods.
