Setup and Assembly
Unboxing
Carefully remove the tool chest from its packaging. The main cabinet comes pre-assembled. Locate the accessory box containing the wheels, handle, and keys.

Attaching the Wheels
The tool chest includes four wheels for mobility. Two of these wheels are equipped with brakes for added stability. It is recommended to attach the braked wheels on the same side as the handle for easier control. Securely fasten each wheel to the bottom of the tool chest using the provided bolts.

Attach the side handle to the designated mounting points on the side of the tool chest using the provided hardware. Ensure it is firmly secured for safe maneuvering.

Operating Instructions
Using the Drawers
The tool chest features five drawers of varying sizes. The top three drawers are smaller, suitable for hand tools and accessories, while the bottom two are larger for bulkier items. Each drawer is equipped with smooth slides for easy opening and closing. Drawer liners are included to protect tools and prevent them from shifting.

Locking System
To secure your tools, use the integrated locking system located on the top of the chest. Insert the key and turn it to lock or unlock all drawers simultaneously. Two keys are provided.

Mobility and Braking
Use the side handle to maneuver the tool chest. Engage the brakes on the two braked wheels to prevent unintended movement when the chest is stationary. Disengage the brakes before moving the chest.

Troubleshooting
Drawers are stiff or not opening smoothly
Check for obstructions in the drawer slides. Ensure the chest is on a level surface. Lubricate the drawer slides with a suitable lubricant.
Chest moves unintentionally
Verify that the brakes on the wheels are fully engaged. Ensure the chest is placed on a stable, level surface.
Lock mechanism is not working
Ensure the key is fully inserted and turned correctly. Check for any debris obstructing the lock.
