Power Supply

1. Mains Power: Connect the power cord to the AC input on the back of the boombox and then plug it into a standard wall outlet (220 Volts).
2. Battery Operation: For portable use, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. Insert six (6) 1.5V batteries (Type C/UM-2, not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment securely.

Operating Instructions

General Controls

Familiarize yourself with the control buttons located on the top and front panel of the boombox. Common controls include Power, Mode/Source, Volume Up/Down, Play/Pause, Stop, Skip/Tune, and EQ settings.

Radio Operation (DAB+/FM)

1. Press the Mode/Source button to select either DAB+ or FM radio mode.

Cassette Player Operation

1. Press the Mode/Source button to select Cassette mode.
2. Press the Stop/Eject button on the cassette deck to open the compartment.
3. Insert a cassette tape with the open side facing upwards and the tape side facing the playback head.
4. Close the cassette compartment.
5. Press the Play button to start playback. Use the Fast Forward (FFWD), Rewind (REW), and Stop/Eject buttons to control the tape.

Bluetooth Connectivity

1. Press the Mode/Source button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show "BLUETOOTH" and the unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon.
2. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.

AUX Input

To play audio from an external device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone without Bluetooth), connect a 3.5mm audio cable from the device's headphone jack to the AUX IN port on the boombox. Select AUX mode using the Mode/Source button.

USB Playback

Headphone Use

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the boombox, disconnect it from the power source. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish. For the CD lens, use a specialized CD lens cleaner if necessary. For the cassette deck, periodically clean the tape heads and pinch rollers with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

Battery Replacement
