2. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Adhere to all warnings and instructions. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or damage to the scooter.
- Pre-Operation Check: Always inspect the scooter before each use. Check tire pressure, brake function, battery charge, and ensure all controls operate smoothly.
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 500 lbs (226.8 kg). Overloading can affect stability and performance.
- Speed Control: Utilize the three-speed modes (6 MPH / 10 MPH / 15 MPH) appropriately for your environment. Always operate at a safe speed.
- Braking: The scooter is equipped with dual front and rear brakes. Familiarize yourself with their operation and test them regularly.
- Stability: The 4-wheel design and anti-tip rear wheels enhance stability. However, avoid sharp turns at high speeds and traversing steep inclines beyond the 20° maximum climbing capacity.
- Lighting System: Use the complete lighting system (high/low beam, tail light, turn signals, brake light) during low-light conditions or at night to ensure visibility.
- Reverse Alarm: Pay attention to the audible reverse alarm when backing up to alert others.
- Terrain: While designed for varied surfaces, exercise caution on uneven, slippery, or excessively muddy paths.

4. Components Overview

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position. The LCD instrument panel will illuminate.
- To power off, turn the key to the 'OFF' position and remove it.
5.2 Driving
- Ensure the parking brake is disengaged.
- Select your desired speed mode (Low, Medium, or High) using the speed selector switch on the handlebars.
- Gently press the accelerator lever to begin moving. Release the lever to slow down.
- Steer by turning the handlebars.
5.3 Braking
- To slow down or stop, release the accelerator and gently squeeze the brake levers.
- For emergency stops, apply both brake levers firmly.
- To engage the parking brake, apply the brake levers and activate the parking brake lock (refer to Figure 4.1 for location).
5.4 Lighting System
Use the lighting switch to control the various lights:
- Headlight: Toggle between high and low beam as needed.
- Turn Signals: Activate left or right turn signals when changing direction.
- Tail Light/Brake Light: These illuminate automatically with power and when brakes are applied.

6. Charging the Battery
The scooter is powered by a 60V 20A rechargeable lead-acid battery. Proper charging extends battery life and ensures optimal performance.
- Ensure the scooter is turned off before charging.
- Locate the charging port (refer to your specific model's diagram if needed).
- Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port, then plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
- The charger indicator light will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Charge until the indicator shows a full charge. Avoid leaving the scooter plugged in for extended periods after it's fully charged.
- Disconnect the charger from the outlet first, then from the scooter.
A full charge provides a driving range of up to 21.5 miles (35 km). Actual mileage may vary depending on load, terrain, and ambient temperature.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or direct water spray, which can damage electrical components.
- Battery Care: Keep the battery charged, especially during periods of non-use. Store the scooter in a cool, dry place.
- Tires: The scooter features 14-inch tubeless anti-slip tires. Regularly inspect them for wear and tear. While they are no-inflation, ensure they are free from punctures or damage.
- Brakes: Periodically check the brake pads and cables for wear. If you notice reduced braking performance, have them inspected by a qualified technician.
- Fasteners: Check all nuts, bolts, and fasteners periodically to ensure they are tight.
- Motor: The 1000W high-torque brushless motor is designed for low maintenance. Keep it free from excessive dirt and debris.
