Setup
- Ensure Vacuum is Off: Before attaching or detaching any accessories, ensure your RELIDOL VC038S handheld vacuum is powered off and disconnected from its charging source.
- Locate Attachment Point: Identify the nozzle or attachment port on the main body of your VC038S handheld vacuum.
- Attach the Tool: Align the opening of the pet hair replacement tool with the vacuum's attachment port. Push firmly until you hear a click or feel it securely lock into place. Do not force the attachment.
- Verify Connection: Gently tug on the tool to ensure it is securely fastened to the vacuum. A loose connection can result in reduced suction efficiency.
Operating Instructions
This pet hair tool is designed for efficient removal of pet hair from upholstery, carpets, car interiors, and other fabric surfaces.
- Power On: Once the tool is securely attached, power on your RELIDOL VC038S handheld vacuum.
- Surface Application: Place the brush head of the tool directly onto the surface you wish to clean.
- Cleaning Motion: Use a gentle back-and-forth or sweeping motion to allow the bristles to agitate and lift pet hair while the vacuum suction collects it. For heavily soiled areas, multiple passes may be necessary.
- Avoid Liquids: Do not use this tool to vacuum liquids or wet debris, as this can damage the vacuum and the tool.
- Delicate Surfaces: Exercise caution when using on delicate fabrics to avoid potential damage. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning of the pet hair tool ensures optimal performance and extends its lifespan.
- Detach the Tool: Power off the vacuum and detach the pet hair tool.
- Remove Tangled Hair: Inspect the brush bristles for tangled pet hair or debris. Use scissors or your fingers to carefully cut and remove any accumulated hair.
- Clean the Brush Head: If necessary, wipe the brush head and the exterior of the tool with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the tool in water.
- Dry Thoroughly: Ensure the tool is completely dry before reattaching it to the vacuum or storing it.
- Storage: Store the tool in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Reduced Suction:
- Check if the tool is securely attached to the vacuum.
- Ensure the vacuum's dustbin is not full and its filter is clean.
- Inspect the tool's air channels for blockages.
- Ineffective Hair Removal:
- Clean any tangled hair from the brush bristles (refer to Maintenance section).
- Ensure the vacuum is fully charged and operating at full power.
- Adjust your cleaning motion; a slower, more deliberate pass may be more effective.
