2. Important Safety Information
WARNING: For outdoor use only. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service, or maintenance can cause injury or property damage. Read the installation, operating, and maintenance instructions thoroughly before installing or servicing this equipment.
- Ensure the fire pit table is placed on a stable, non-combustible surface.
- Keep children and pets away from the fire pit during operation.
- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
- Always connect the propane hose to a standard 20-pound tank (not included).
- If using natural gas, ensure proper conversion with appropriate accessories (not included).
- The fire pit table is CSA certified for safety.
- Always use the included oxford rain cover when not in use or during inclement weather to protect the table and prolong its lifespan.
3. Package Contents

4. Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the two packages. Place them on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Positioning: Place the fire pit table in your desired outdoor location, ensuring it is on a level, stable surface. The adjustable balance feet can be used to stabilize the unit.
- Propane Tank Placement: Position the propane tank cover table near the fire pit. Open the cover and place a standard 20-pound propane tank (not included) inside, securing it with the propane tank base ring.
- Connect Propane Hose: Connect the provided propane hose from the fire pit table to the propane tank. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Add Glass Rocks: Carefully distribute the blue glass rocks over the burner area of the fire pit table. Ensure the igniter and burner holes are not completely covered to allow for proper ignition and flame distribution.
- Optional Wind Guard: If using a wind guard (not included with this specific model but shown in some product images), place it around the burner area according to its instructions.



5. Operating Instructions
- Open Propane Tank Valve: Slowly open the valve on your propane tank.
- Ignition: Locate the electronic ignition system on the side of the fire pit table. Press and hold the ignition button while slowly turning the control knob to the "LOW" position. You should hear a click and see the flame ignite.
- Adjust Flame: Once ignited, continue to hold the ignition button for a few seconds, then release. Rotate the control knob to adjust the flame height and heat output (up to 50,000 BTUs) to your desired level.
- To Turn Off: Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position. Close the valve on the propane tank.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: When stains or dirt are noticed, wipe them away with a soft, damp cloth for quick cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Storage/Protection: For periods of non-use or during inclement weather, it is recommended to utilize the included oxford rain cover to protect the table and prolong its lifespan.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the propane hose and connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks.

7. Troubleshooting
