Assembly Steps:

1. Prepare the Base: Connect the Bottom Support Bars (K and L) to the Base Frame Sides (G) using the provided screws (C) and washers (D, E). Ensure a snug fit.
2. Attach Wheels: Insert the Lockable Wheels (A) and Common Wheels (B) into the designated holes at the bottom of the base frame. Use the wrench (F) to tighten them securely.
3. Install Vertical Supports: Insert the lower Vertical Support Poles (M) into the base frame. These poles feature a snap-button mechanism for easy connection.
4. Assemble Lower Rods: Connect the Lower Side T-Bars (J) with one of the Upper Horizontal Bars (H) to form the lower hanging section.
5. Assemble Upper Rods: Connect the Upper Side T-Bars (I) with the remaining Upper Horizontal Bar (H) to form the upper hanging section.
6. Attach Hanging Sections: Insert the assembled lower hanging section onto the lower Vertical Support Poles (M). Then, extend the Vertical Support Poles (N) and insert them into the lower hanging section, followed by attaching the upper hanging section. Ensure all snap-buttons are engaged.

Operating Instructions

Hanging Clothes:
